PRIJEDOR – Rudnici željezne rude (RŽR) Ljubija završili su polugodište sa gubitkom od 670.000 KM, što je povećanje za oko sto hiljada u odnosu na isti period prošle godine.
RŽR Ljubija imali su za šest mjeseci ove godine prihode od 152.008 KM, duplo manje nego lani.
U tom preduzeću nisu se značajnije potrudili da smanje rashode koji su bili 820.747 KM, svega oko 60 hiljada manji nego prošle godine.
Gubitak još uvijek ne ugrožava to preduzeće jer imaju 1,3 miliona akumulirane dobiti.
Broj zaposlenih smanjili su sa 49 na 44 radnika.
RŽR Ljubija su u većinskom vlasništvu Republike Srpske preko Akcijskog fonda koji posjeduje 64,9% akcija, Fonda za restituciju – 4,99% i PREF-a koji ima 9,99% akcija.
Podsjećamo “RŽR Ljubija” sa kompanijom “Arcelor Mittal” ima zajedničko preduzeće “Arcelor Mittal Prijedor”, a koje rudari u rudniku Omarska.
Sa druge strane, “RŽR Ljubija” ima još svoja dva rudnika, a to su Ljubija i Tomašica, koji godinama nisu u funkciji.
Investiciono-razvojna banka (IRB) RS je u novembru prošle godine ponudila na prodaju većinski paket akcija (64,99 odsto) rudnika po početnoj cijeni od 69.020.547,43 KM preko Banjalučke berze.
Međutim aukcija održana krajem januara 2018. godine je poništena jer su u IRB-u ocijenili kako dokumentacija koju su poslali iz kompanije “Arcelor Mittal” nije validna dok osim njih, drugih ponuda nije ni bilo.
Sa druge strane, iz “Arcelor Mittala” stigla je optužba kako ih je banka spriječila da učestvuju u aukciji.
U IRB RS su tada kazali kako će nakon konsultacija sa resornim ministarstvom i pribavljanja saglasnosti Vlade RS ponovo oglastiti novo nadmetanje za državni kapital ali eventualni datum do danas nije određen.
Od samog početka za kupovinu rudnika je zainteresovana i “Izraeli Investment Group“.
Evgenij Zotov, direktor ovog preduzeća je ranije upozoravao kako “Arcelor Mittal” pokušava da kupi rudnik parama tog istog rudnika s obzirom da na svom računu drže 30 miliona KM neraspoređene dobiti.
